Mukt Vidyalaya Sansthan's Scheme of courses approved by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, Vide No. : 11834/12 MHRD Letter
Govt. of Uttar Pradesh approved status of Mukt Vidyalaya Sansthan vide No. : 745/2004 for propogation and development of education in the state to achieve minimum literacy.
Mukt Vidyalaya Sansthan is Registered as Social Activities and Educational Development by Govt. of India Planning Commission Yojana Bhawan New Delhi 110001. vide Registration No. : UP/2012/0055779
Under Human Right Protection Act 1993 autonomous bodies have been given Special Consideration. (for further details Please refer air 1993 Sc 2178)
According to Govt. of India National Policy on Education 1986. Mukt Vidyalaya Sansthan is one of the best autonomous Board of India.
According to the Ministry of Human Affairs. Govt. of India Notification No. 26/4/52 CC Dated. 20.09.1952 issued in consultation. with the union public service commission that in the case of Degree /Diploma awarded by Board/University in India. Which are incorporated by an act of central of Part B state legislature in India. No formal orders of recognition for such. Degree/ Diploma needed to be issued by Government. such Degree should be Recognized Automatically for the Purpose of employment.
As per Advertisement central Board for workers education (Ministry of labour and employment Govt. of India ) High School / Secondary is equivalent to tenth, Inertmediate / Senior Secondary is equivalent to (10+2) passed student from Mukt Vidyalaya Sansthan.
